1. Identity of the Data Controller

2. Personal Data Processed and Data Categories

The following categories of personal data may be collected through our website (www.bhmelektronik.com):

• Identity Information: First name, last name, company title.
• Contact Information: E-mail address, telephone number, delivery/company address.
• Customer and Request Information: Contact form message, product and price quote requests, purchasing preferences.
• Human Resources Application Data: Curriculum vitae (CV) files, education and professional experience information.
• Transaction Security and Traffic Information: IP address, browser information, on-site traffic logs (pursuant to Law No. 5651).

• Preparing supply quotes for electronic components, LEDs and terminal blocks and delivering them to the customer,

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK, to legally authorized public institutions and organizations (tax offices, judicial authorities), to contracted logistics and courier companies for the purpose of delivering your orders, and to our technical business partners providing IT infrastructure services.

5. Method of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Basis

Your personal data are collected electronically through the contact and quote forms on our website, e-mail, telephone and cookies. These processes are based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of KVKK: “being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract”, “the data controller's fulfillment of its legal obligation” and “legitimate interests, provided that they do not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject”.

6. Your Rights Under Article 11 of KVKK

As a data subject, you may apply to our Company to:

• Learn whether your personal data are being processed,
• Request information if they have been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
• Request correction if they have been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• Request the erasure or destruction of your personal data pursuant to Article 7 of KVKK.
